A little insight to the dad
On August 18, 2009, Judge James D. Humphrey took away my ability to see my three and five year old daughters. On September 4, 2009, my ex-wife stopped letting me talk to the children on the phone, despite there being no order that prohibited me from talking to my daughters. The girls had never been away from either parent for more than four days in their lives. Judge James D. Humphrey stated in the Final Decree in my divorce, “The Court is most concerned about Husband’s irrational behavior and attacks on Dr. Connor. Frankly it appears that these attacks have been an attempt at revenge for taking a position regarding custody contrary to Husband.” The “attacks” that Judge Humphrey is referring to are my internet postings concerning Dr. Connor practicing psychology in the state of Indiana without a license and Dr. Connor’s refusal to provide me with a copy of the evaluation case file. Judge James D. Humphrey took away my little girls’ ability to see their dad because their dad questioned an unlicensed court appointed psychologist. Judge Humphrey punished me for standing up to a man that hurts children and families for monetary gain. Judge Humphrey punished me for questioning the ethics of his expert. This web site is designed to inform people that there are dangerous people like Dr. Edward J. Connor and Judge James D. Humphrey in the family court system that have little regard for children especially when it comes to protecting their own self interest. People say that I can’t bring change to the system. I know that I couldn’t live with myself if I didn’t try.
